“Star Wars Outlaws”: This is the first story trailer
Ubisoft and Lucasfilm Games have announced that the new sci-fi open-world game "Star Wars Outlaws" will be released on August 30th and reveal new details about the plot in the first story trailer. "Star Wars Outlaws" will be released for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series consoles.
The plot of "Star Wars Outlaws" follows the cunning outlaw Kay Vess and her companion Nix on a dangerous raid. In an era of rebellion against the Empire, they must navigate the hostile galaxy and build their reputations with various criminal organizations to achieve their goals.
The game invites players to explore the galaxy's underworld and Outer Rim, take on missions, face dangerous enemies and recruit a crew. The developers emphasize the opportunity to visit familiar locations such as Tatooine, but also new ones such as the Wookie moon Toshara, as well as to experience spaceship dogfights in space.
A flaw for PC gamers: Ubisoft is falling back into old patterns with "Star Wars Outlaws" and initially only wants to offer the title in its own game store and not on the popular PC games marketplace Steam.
