Wife threatened to kill and police officers injured

A 67-year-old man from the Wolfsberg district threatened to kill his 63-year-old wife and then injured two police officers.

Investigations are still ongoing as to why the 67-year-old man acted so aggressively towards his wife on Wednesday around midday and threatened to kill her. He also attacked the police who had been called and tried to evade the police. Two police officers were slightly injured.

Provisionally arrested
The man was provisionally arrested and banned from entering and approaching the premises. A breathalyzer test on the 67-year-old revealed that he was slightly intoxicated. He will be charged. Further investigations are still being carried out.
