“Injury too big”: Neuer out for top match
Bitter news for FC Bayern: Manuel Neuer will miss the top match against Borussia Dortmund (Saturday, 6.30pm in the sportkrone.at ticker). His injury is "too big" and "too painful", confirmed coach Thomas Tuchel.
Sven Ulreich will therefore keep goal for Bayern against the Black & Yellows. Neuer suffered a torn muscle fiber in his left adductor during training with the German national team during the international break. "It just didn't work. The injury is too painful, it's too big.
