Lake Wörthersee car-free again this year for cyclists & co.

On Sunday, April 28, 2024, all cyclists, skaters and runners will once again have free rein around beautiful Lake Wörthersee.

Together with the "Krone", Kelag and many other "car-free partners" invite you to the 27th edition of the popular Cycling & Adventure Day on Lake Wörthersee on Sunday, April 28. And this official start to the cycling season will of course once again be kicked off with a top-class supporting program.

This year with an online competition
In addition to many stations and the best catering around the lake, the "Kärntner Krone" is also organizing an online competition for all "car-free fans" for the first time this year. The main prizes are several adventure vacations.

The official start of the Kelag Cycling & Skating Experience Day is at 10 am at the Minimundus in Klagenfurt. The roads will be closed to cars and other vehicles until 5 p.m. so that all amateur athletes can cycle around the lake in a clockwise direction without being disturbed.
