Breathe a sigh of relief after the bankruptcy petition! The continuation of Gishamer Maschinenbau GmbH in Schleedorf has been secured - and with it all 33 jobs. In future, the company will operate under the new name GISCON GmbH. 

The automation and mechanical engineering specialist from Schleedorf had to file for bankruptcy at the end of February 2024. On March 20, 2024, INO GmbH from Attnang-Puchheim acquired 100% of Gishamer and will continue to operate as GISCON GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The company will now be managed by two managing directors: Fritz Pesendorfer, the sole owner of INO GmbH, and former Gishamer owner Ludwig Gishamer. With a current order backlog of just under seven million euros, both managing directors expect to be back in the black in the current financial year.
