Farm building suddenly went up in flames

Floriani firefighters had to respond to a fire in central Burgenland in the early hours of Friday morning. 

A fire broke out in a private farm building in the market town of Neckenmarkt in the Oberpullendorf district at around 6 a.m. on Friday. It is not yet known why the fire broke out. A neighbor had noticed the fire.

No injuries
Thanks to the rapid intervention of the Neckenmarkt and Horitschon fire departments, the flames were prevented from spreading to neighboring properties. No persons or animals were injured. Investigations are ongoing.
