It was only at the beginning of March that combined skier Mario Seidl crashed in Lahti and broke his right kneecap. Now the man from Pongau is already working on his comeback.

Combined skier Mario Seidl is already working hard in physiotherapy on his comeback after breaking his right kneecap. "I'm already making my first attempts at walking without crutches. Everything is going according to plan so far," reports the Pongau native. In addition to rehab, the 31-year-old has time to take the next steps in his pilot training. He would like to complete the theory part in the near future. "That will give me other thoughts. Otherwise, the injury is always on my mind."

It is unclear when Seidl will be able to return to his normal training routine. However, it won't be possible before the fall. "My big goal is to be fit again in time for the next season."
