Horrific find: woman finds second dead cat

An animal abuser seems to be up to mischief near Lake Klopein in Carinthia. A woman has now found the second dead cat on her property.

At the beginning of January, a 69-year-old woman found a lifeless velvet paw on her property near St. Kanzian on Lake Klopein. "When she found another dead cat on March 7, she filed a complaint," reported the police.

Both cats were shot with an as yet unknown weapon and then simply dumped on the property. "The background to the crime is still completely unclear, but the investigation is ongoing", the police assure us.
