Entrepreneurship is about doing: career women in Lower Austria rely on a good team, efficiency and strength. And on the support of the start-up agency Riz up.

Women are good for the country! With a 52 percent share of the population, women are a key factor in Lower Austria and have become indispensable. At least when it comes to Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner. The fact that women also "stand their ground" in leadership positions is not only proven by the only female head of the province. At the panel discussion, the start-up agency Riz up brought successful local businesswomen in front of the curtain to talk about their entrepreneurial experiences.

"2 Minuten 2 Millionen" investor Katharina Schneider, entrepreneur Katharina List-Nagl, regional store owner of "Das LLOIS" Petra Kroneder and Anna Zalesak (Hellocash) had valuable tips for the aspiring young entrepreneurs.

"It's crucial to gain different experiences, to try things out, to do things. Because with doing comes the certainty of your own strengths," explains Katharina List-Nagl. The mother and businesswoman has turned her family business into the global market leader for the interior and outfitting of luxury yachts and residences. And: "Women should never choose between a child or a career - both are possible."

Founder Petra Kroneder advises: "Stay authentic, be yourself and listen to your gut feeling." For Katharina Schneider, the recipe for success is setting priorities, pursuing goals efficiently and being supported by a great team.
