Unknown thieves were after vibratory plates in Seekirchen: They stole the equipment from two different construction sites. The damage amounts to 20,000 euros.

On Wednesday night, unknown persons broke into two different building sites in the municipality of Seekirchen and stole the same equipment: They stole three vibratory plates, which they transported away in a larger vehicle, according to the police. The total damage amounted to 20,000 euros.

The devices are used to compact the soil. They consist of a heavy plate that compacts the soil by vibrating it.
