Julian Nagelsmann takes action! After Germany's national coach recently gave his team a disastrous report card and announced surprising personnel consequences for his tournament squad, some players now have to fear for their participation in the home EURO.

"The senior national team has been at rock bottom for years. There has been nothing recently that could give us hope of reaching the semi-finals," said Julian Nagelsmann in an interview with the news magazine "Der Spiegel". The last European Championship tests
Germany's last test matches before the squad nomination for the EURO are scheduled for March 23 in France and three days later in Frankfurt against the Netherlands. As hosts, the DFB team will face Scotland, Hungary and Switzerland in their group at the European Championships. Some prominent names will probably no longer be involved.
