Pyro cheat tracked down by the police

A young man from Pongau (14) probably wanted to make a real splash on New Year's Eve. He ordered numerous pyrotechnic items via a communication platform, which he paid for but never received.

The man from Pongau transferred a total of 320 euros to the supposed sellers at the end of December. Because they did not deliver, the 14-year-old reported the fraud at the beginning of January. The Salzburg police have now been able to track down a 17-year-old from Flachgau and a 19-year-old from the city of Salzburg who offered to sell the goods. They will be charged with fraud by the public prosecutor's office.
