Injury drama for Germany's young midfield star Aleksandar Pavlovic: The 20-year-old Bayern player suffered a broken collarbone in the 4-0 win against Stuttgart on Saturday evening.

In the fifth minute, Pavlovic fell to the turf with full force after a duel in midfield and remained lying on the pitch with a contorted face. The German international was unable to continue and was replaced by Joao Palhinha.

Immediately after the final whistle, Bayern boss Max Eberl announced that Pavlovic had probably suffered a broken collarbone. A short time later, the club confirmed the diagnosis via social media.

The 20-year-old young star now faces a break of up to three months.
