Oh you kitsch: what neighbors have to tolerate
One man's joy is another man's sorrow - and neighbors experience this among themselves especially during Advent when it comes to Christmas decorations. One person likes a good portion of brightly colored kitsch on the house and in the garden, while the other "grins" at it: What do I have to tolerate as a neighbor, what can I expect others to put up with? Oh, we have all the (un)cheerful details for you!
So, what are you: the kitschy type who has been thinking since Easter about how to decorate everything (over)harmoniously for Christmas this year? Or the Grinch type, who would love to personally transport the obtrusively glowing Santa Claus next door back to the North Pole? In any case, the law lies somewhere in between, as we learned from lawyer Martin Bleckmann.
