Biker (54) thrown over hood: injured

According to the biker himself, he had overlooked the turning maneuver of a car in front of him - with serious consequences! On a wet road, the 54-year-old was thrown over the hood. The accident resulted in two injuries.

Dramatic accident in the Tyrolean municipality of Ainet! A motorcyclist (54) was riding his bike on the B109 coming from Lienz towards Ainet on Sunday. The local noticed a car turning in front of him too late. He tried to pass the two vehicles in front of him on the rain-soaked road, but this resulted in a collision.

Two men injured
The biker was thrown over the hood of the vehicle and came to rest on the road. Both the 54-year-old and the car driver (20) were injured in the accident.
