This Viennese park does not officially exist

Although the city carefully maintains and cares for them and even describes them in detail on the city hall website, some traffic areas in Vienna don't even exist. At least not as residents and passers-by know them. 

It does sound bizarre: Vienna has "ghost parks". These are green spaces that have everything that makes a proper park - a well-tended lawn, trees, benches, playgrounds for children and fences. They are also lovingly tended by the municipal gardeners and are freely accessible. And yet they do not officially exist.
