Mercedes loses two employees to Ferrari

In addition to star driver Lewis Hamilton, two other men from Mercedes have now made their way to Ferrari. As the racing team announced on X (formerly Twitter) and elsewhere, Loic Serra and Jerome D'Ambrosio, two important employees of the Silver Arrows, will be joining Ferrari.

Serra, who was performance director at Mercedes, will take over the management of the chassis development department, while D'Ambrosio will enrich the team as deputy to team principal Fred Vasseur, in addition to heading the driver academy.

Is Newey coming?
After Red Bull Racing announced that star designer Adrian Newey would be leaving the world champion racing team at the end of the season, he is also being touted as a potential new addition to the Italian team.
