Three injured

Man (35) beaten up and robbed by duo

Wild scenes took place in Feldkirch on Wednesday morning at around 2.30 am. A 28-year-old man and his 36-year-old partner beat up a man lying on the ground and robbed him of his cell phone. 

The exact background to the incident is not yet known and is still under investigation, according to the police. It is known that the victim, who comes from Pakistan, was injured in the altercation but did not seek medical treatment. 

Duo also injured
This also applies to the couple, an Italian and a Polish woman. After the 35-year-old victim put up a fierce fight, they also sustained injuries. The stolen cell phone was found by a witness and seized by the police.

The robbery duo was caught and arrested in the course of a manhunt. After questioning, the two suspects were allowed to leave the police station at large, but were reported to the public prosecutor's office in Feldkirch.
