Silberberger angry: “Cheated out of a goal!”
Read what the teams had to say after the clash between SCR Altach and WSG Tirol HERE!
Joachim Standfest (Altach coach): "Both teams could have won the game. But it was by far our worst performance of the season, so I can't be happy with the point. It's all a bit inconsistent in finishing. But it doesn't help, we can't keep bemoaning it after every week. We take far too little for what we achieve. We lacked a certain kind of freshness today. We weren't on the ball, and that's how a game like this turns out."
On the scene at the supposed WSG goal: "That looks very lucky for us."
Thomas Silberberger (WSG coach): "We'll take the draw. But my feeling is that we were cheated out of a goal. From my point of view, it wasn't a foul. Last week it happened to Altach, now it's happening to us: The referees have also arrived in the relegation battle every week with hair-raising wrong decisions. Apart from 15 minutes in the second half, when Altach were dangerous from set-pieces, we had the game well under control. Now we go home with four points after two games in Vorarlberg, that was our goal. Now it's time to prepare for Blau-Weiß Linz. That's the next game we can't afford to lose."
