What do you think about tipping?

One sector gets it, the other doesn't: we're talking about tipping. Especially in the hospitality industry and the service sector in general, it has established itself as an additional form of appreciation for a job well done. The amount is debatable; most people consider five to ten percent to be appropriate for a great haircut or good service in a restaurant.
