Popular Fruchthof Innsbruck to be preserved after all

Good news for all those who have grown fond of the Fruchthof Innsbruck in Josef-Wilberger-Straße: contrary to original plans, the "Genießermarkt" and the well-known award-winning restaurant "Fischiff" will not be closing for good at the end of April.

On Tuesday, the rumor mill was buzzing with the news that investors have been found who will continue to run the Fruchthof almost entirely in its current form. At the beginning of February, it was said that the German operator wanted to withdraw and close everything down and that the site would be razed to the ground. This is not the case. Everything is to continue as before. No further details have yet been released.
