A schoolboy suffering from angina was turned away from a doctor's surgery because his e-card had expired on his 14th birthday. However, the boy from the Innviertel region and his parents knew nothing about it. Leon's mother is deeply disappointed and outraged by the lack of treatment. She accuses the doctor of failing to provide assistance.

Julia Pflug is furious - with a doctor and the healthcare system. The 32-year-old from Uttendorf no longer understands the world. "How can it be that a sick child is denied treatment?" asks the mother of two and adds: "That's a failure to provide assistance!"
