Vorarlberg is the land of volunteering and clubs. In his new series, author Robert Schneider puts the spotlight on people who are committed to helping others - like tennis instructor Max Forer.

He describes himself as a typical alpha dog, with all the consequences of being a bit of a tease. "It's just part of the job that I often get a black nose. But that's just the way I am. I don't like mucking about and pushing around. I'm a straight guy," says Max Forer, founder of the "Professional Tennis School MF", which has been trying to open up this popular and competitive sport to everyone, including people with physical disabilities, for more than ten years now. But he is interested in more than just competition.
