Bodybuilder Mara Eder has her big show in Linz on Sunday. The somewhat different retirement home manager from Hellmonsödt in the Mühlviertel region has lost 30 kilograms. Why she describes herself as a "brand of construction worker", why she weighs every gram of chicken and what she is particularly looking forward to after the competition.

Her thighs are muscular and firm, her back and latissimus are strong and perfectly defined. Mara Eder has reached her goal. Today, the 41-year-old is on stage at the biggest domestic event in the natural bodybuilding scene in the Tips Arena in Linz and wants to show the "world" what she is made of. Because to look like this, it's not enough just to do sport.
