Motorcycle accidents with several injuries in Tyrol

There were several devastating motorcycle accidents in Tyrol on Friday. In addition to one fatality, there were also several injuries. Another accident occurred in Kelmen, another in Pertisau.

A series of motorcycle accidents occurred on Tyrol's roads on Friday. A biker (24) was driving his motorcycle on the L21 Namloserstraße, coming from Stanzach in the direction of Bergwang, at around 4 pm. However, he lost control of his bike on a left-hand bend.

Injured person taken to hospital
The cause is unclear. He crashed and then slid into the crash barrier along with his motorcycle. The injured man was taken to hospital by ambulance.

Crashed into a tree
Meanwhile, another motorcycle accident occurred in Pertisau at around 6 pm. A 20-year-old was riding his bike on the Pertisau toll road in the direction of the toll station. Around 1.5 kilometers before the toll station, he lost control of his vehicle for an unclear reason and crashed into a tree.

The injured man was flown by emergency helicopter to the hospital in Innsbruck.
