Reese Witherspoon is rumored to be dating a German financier

Hollywood star Reese Witherspoon is the subject of love rumors. A year after divorcing her second husband Jim Toth, a new man is said to have entered her life. 

The Oscar-winning actress was spotted with German private equity financier Oliver Haarmann in New York City. Witherspoon was said to have dressed up for a dinner with Haarmann, appearing in a black dress and high-heeled shoes.

However, it was not the 48-year-old's first date with the 56-year-old, according to reports. The dinner had already been preceded by a number of other dates. 

Two marriages
Witherspoon and her second husband Jim Toth divorced in March 2023 after almost twelve years of marriage.

The couple had met at a party in January 2010 - immediately after Witherspoon had broken off a two-year relationship with her colleague Jake Gyllenhaal ("Brokeback Mountain").

Before that, the actress had been married to Ryan Phillippe. The marriage lasted seven years.

Witherspoon was already in front of the camera as a teenager. She became known worldwide as an aspiring blonde in the comedy "Naturally Blonde!". In 2006, she won the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her performance as singer June Carter Cash in "Walk the Line".
