Euro fan zone with restrictions today

Due to expected thunderstorms and heavy rainfall, the fan zone at SAK-Platz in Nonntal will be significantly smaller for today's Euro 24 semi-final match between the Netherlands and England. Only 530 people are allowed to take part in the public viewing.

So far, 1800 soccer fans have been able to enjoy the fan zone in Nonntal. However, due to the bad weather forecast, the grass area of the SAK pitch will remain closed today. 

According to a press release, the safety of the guests is the top priority for the city of Salzburg. Only the rain-protected grandstand will be open. Admission starts at 7 pm, the game begins at 9 pm.
