Austro race victories at EM/WM in Southern France
Day 2 of the international sailing championships off the coast of southern France has brought three race wins for Austrian boats!
Laura Farese and Matthäus Zöchling won the Nacra17 World Championship and are now in 11th place, while Keanu Prettner/Jakob Flachberger ended their day with a race win at the 49er European Championship off La Grande-Motte, where they are 23rd.

Lara Vadlau/Lukas Mähr finished sixth in the 470 European Championship off the coast of Cannes. The duo is now ready for another attack. "We want to go full throttle in the gold fleet and carry on as before," said helmswoman Vadlau.
The 49er team Benjamin Bildstein/David Hussl could also be satisfied. Ranks 5, 3 and 2 put them in 7th place in the intermediate classification, giving them a clear bonus over Prettner/Flachberger. This is interesting because of the allocation of the Olympic quota place won by Bildstein/Hussl.
