concluded before the Commercial Court of Vienna under GZ 39 Cg 103/23z on March 18, 2024 between MN Consulting GmbH, represented by attorney Prof. Dr. Georg Zanger, M.B.L.-HSG, and Krone Multimedia GmbH & Co KG, represented by Korn Rechtsanwälte OG.

1. the defendant Krone Multimedia GmbH & Co KG undertakes to refrain from using the test questions compiled for a linguistic work, in respect of which the plaintiff MN Consulting GmbH is exclusively entitled to use the work, in particular

1. Anna is a doctor. She is allowed to assist in a risky operation. Shortly before the operation, she notices that the senior doctor has been drinking alcohol. 2. the defendant Krone Multimedia GmbH & Co KG undertakes to publish points 1. and 2. of this settlement within 14 days of the settlement taking legal effect at its own expense on the website www.krone.at in the "Austria" section, in the following form: In the size of at least half a page in the usual font for editorial reports and continuous text in font size 12, with the heading "COURT SETTLEMENT" in bold print in font size 16, with the names of the parties and their legal representatives in bold print, stating the court, the case number and the date of the settlement and for an uninterrupted period of 30 days, whereby the publication will be announced on the homepage of the website www.krone.at in the usual manner and for the usual duration for editorial reports there.
