Criminal threatens:
“I will pierce your daughter”
A Turkish serious criminal had to answer to the provincial court in Feldkirch on Wednesday. The 39-year-old has known life behind bars for many years. A total of twelve entries, many of them relevant, adorn his criminal record. This time he faces up to seven and a half years in prison.
The criminal is charged with dangerous threats, suppression of documents, endangering public safety, assault and unauthorized handling of narcotics, among other things. Although he has been banned from entering Austria, the man, who lived in Zurich until his arrest in December, keeps traveling to the country unmolested.
"Have nothing to lose"
In July, he is said to have threatened an acquaintance on the phone after a freak-out: "I have nothing to lose. I have a gun with me. I'm going to Bregenz now and I'm going to stab your daughter and then kill you and your family."
My brother is in a wheelchair. I was desperate to get him some medication. I was also on drugs.

Wild chase with the police
When he was stopped in October, he identified himself with an ID card that he had previously stolen from another man. The grand finale followed on December 6, when he had a wild chase with the police between Bregenz and Hard.
"Why did you flee from the police?" Judge Theo Rümmele wants to know. "My brother is in a wheelchair. I urgently wanted to bring him some medication," the defendant answers, claiming that he was under the influence of cocaine and pills at the time. The trial was adjourned, to be continued.
