At 1.12 a.m., the sirens were wailing in Kopfing in the Innviertel region. Ten fire departments rushed to the village of Glatzing, where a barn made largely of wood was on fire.

A farm building caught fire on Saturday night in the Innviertel region. As the barn was largely made of wood, the flames quickly spread to the entire building.

Extinguishing work until the early hours of the morning
A total of ten fire departments were called out to fight the fire and were in action until the early hours of the morning, preventing the flames from spreading to the uninhabited residential building next door.

Cause of fire unknown
The wooden barn burned to the ground. The cause of the fire and the amount of damage are still unknown, according to initial information there were no injuries.
