Wild scenes in Flachgau! A German woman (26) lost control of her luxury Audi between Hof and Thlagau on Saturday afternoon during a sleet shower and crashed into an oncoming van. Four people were injured.
In Thalgau-Oberdorf on Saturday afternoon, the 26-year-old lost control of her Audi on a right-hand bend. She first crashed into an oncoming VW van and was then thrown into an adjacent field.
According to the police, the lady probably lost control on the slippery road due to the sudden onset of sleet showers. The driver, her passenger and a two-year-old child were injured, as was the driver (42) of the van, although only slightly. The driver and the other occupants were taken by ambulance to Salzburg University Hospital.
Both vehicles were badly damaged. All alcohol tests were negative.
