Vegas in the play-offs after victory against Rossi and Co.

The Vegas Golden Knights, the defending champions, also secured their place in the play-offs of the North American Ice Hockey League (NHL) on Friday. The team from Nevada defeated the team of Austrian legionnaire Marco Rossi, the Minnesota Wild, by a clear 7:2.

Rossi, who wants to strengthen the ÖEHV team at the World Championships in May, was unable to contribute a scoring point in 18:43 minutes of ice time.

Thanks to the gala in front of their home crowd, the Golden Knights can no longer be caught by the St. Louis Blues, who lost 5-2 at home to the Carolina Hurricanes. This means that all the play-off contenders in the Western Conference have been decided. In the Eastern Conference, five teams are still fighting for the last two vacant play-off places.
