Paris Hilton stole the show at the Fashion Trust Awards in Beverly Hills. The hotel heiress caused a flurry of flashbulbs in a rather daring cut-out look.

Hilton opted for a black blazer for the Fashion Trust Awards, which appeared to consist of numerous cut-outs and very little fabric.
