Rumors are circulating
Missed doping tests: Ski lady must continue to fear
US speed specialist Breezy Johnson is still condemned to watch. After the 28-year-old allegedly violated requirements in connection with the naming of whereabouts and thus missed three doping tests, she is no longer allowed to take part in races. The investigation by the US Anti-Doping Authority is still ongoing
On December 9, Johnson confirmed rumors that she had problems with the US Anti-Doping Agency USADA. Discrepancies in the naming of whereabouts and thus missed doping tests led to investigations that are still ongoing.
The speed specialist was tight-lipped about the current situation in an interview with "skinews.ch": "I can't talk about it. I wish I could, I want to be helpful. I'm sorry!" The US federation also does not want to comment on the current situation.
Threat of suspension
The USADA, on the other hand, merely stated that patience is still required in the matter: "The process may take a different amount of time depending on the circumstances of the case".
In the meantime, however, the first rumors are already circulating. According to these, Johnson is facing a ban of around 15 months. There is no official statement on this yet. It is also unclear when the ban would take effect. The speed specialist must therefore continue to worry - the current season is over for her anyway.
