Police officers resuscitate an unresponsive 83-year-old man

Police officers became lifesavers in Klagenfurt on Saturday morning. An 83-year-old man was sitting motionless behind the wheel of his car and had to be resuscitated.

An emergency call to the regional control center that a man on Pfarrplatz in Klagenfurt was having circulatory problems alerted a police patrol. When the police arrived at the scene, they found a man sitting motionless behind the wheel of a parked car.

Successful resuscitation
The officers immediately removed the 83-year-old Klagenfurt man from the vehicle and began resuscitation, which was then continued by the arriving ambulance service and an emergency doctor. After successful resuscitation, the man was taken to Klagenfurt Hospital by the ambulance.
