Zverev celebrates Germany goal during match

Even his own match becomes a minor matter for a moment. When Germany were battling Hungary in the last 16 of the European Championships on Wednesday evening, Alexander Zverev himself was in the last 16. However, when his compatriots went 2-0 up, his own service game briefly faded into the background (see video above).

Zverev prevailed 6-4 and 7-6(5) against the Italian Lorenzo Sonego at the grass tournament in Halle, with the Frenchman Arthur Fils awaiting him in the quarter-finals on Friday.

Meanwhile, Germany's national soccer team celebrated a 2:0 victory. Jamal Musiala (22) and Ilkay Gündogan (67) scored against Hungary.
