Car crashed into tree: Occupants in hospital

Serious accident early Sunday morning in Haiming in the Tyrolean district of Imst: A car with two occupants (21 and 22 years old) crashed into a tree. The man and the woman had to be taken to hospital. 

The 21-year-old Austrian was behind the wheel and the 22-year-old was in the passenger seat of the car when it left the road at around 6 a.m. on Sunday on Wiesrainstraße near the sports field. The reason for this is still unclear. In any case, the car crashed into a tree, injuring the driver and passenger. 

The ambulance took the man and woman to hospital in Zams. The car involved in the accident sustained serious material damage.
