Two kickers about to leave
Now Austria Klagenfurt is even going to court
While Tobias Koch will now officially be playing for Austria Klagenfurt (who are worried about Nici Binder!) from the summer, two players from the Pacult squad are on their way to Germany. The Violets are now even taking their youngsters to court. And: A Pörtschach player is an issue in Klagenfurt!
As announced: Tobias Koch is now officially a new player at Austria Klagenfurt from the summer - the 23-year-old midfielder from Blau-Weiß Linz has signed with the Violets until 2027.
However, one duo will probably follow the call of home. According to "Krone" information, Philipp Menzel (25) has probably already found his new club: The keeper, whose contract expires at the end of June, will move to Saarbrücken in the 3rd German league.
Swiss legionnaires not an issue
Will an Austrian solution be sought? Tino Casali (who would be available for a mid-five-figure transfer fee if Braunschweig were relegated), Manuel Kuttin (Grasshoppers Zurich) and Markus Kuster (FC Winterthur) are certainly not on the agenda.
Concrete offer for Schumacher
The second German on the move is Till Schumacher: Sandhausen are interested in the 26-year-old, ever-reliable winger - and have made him a concrete offer. He says: "Sandhausen is an interesting option." In any case, "Schumi" would meet his former colleagues Pink and Greil and former manager Imhof there again.
Austria goes to court over academy
Other personnel news: Nici Binder suffered a muscular injury - the striker will probably miss out on Sunday in Salzburg! Austria lodged a protest regarding the relegation to the 2nd academy league - this was rejected. Now they continue - it goes to the Permanent Neutral Court of Arbitration!
Kröpfl to Klagenfurt?
Apart from that, a Pörtschach player is a topic in Klagenfurt - but at FC KAC! After Mihret Topcagic, the Carinthian league leaders in the second half of the season could reload with the next professional! Coach Rudi Perz has contacted Mario Kröpfl. The 34-year-old has 42 Bundesliga and 161 second division games under his belt and is now building a house near Techelsberg. "My future is still open, I've already been contacted by a few clubs," grins Kröpfl, whose contract in Hartberg will certainly not be extended.
