Every year, the TAVOLATA Festival attracts gourmets from near and far to the charming town of Steyr, where tradition meets modern gastronomy. Spread over four weekends, visitors can enjoy a variety of events ranging from live cooking shows to a gourmet brunch on a raft.

A special highlight is the participation of 4-toque chef Klemens Schraml, who will delight guests with his "unplugged" cooking show. Schraml is known for his ability to transform simple ingredients into extraordinary taste experiences, placing great emphasis on regionality and sustainability.

From the source to the table
A key aspect of the TAVOLATA Festival is the proximity to nature and the use of local products. Visitors have the opportunity to learn directly from the producers how their food is grown, cared for and processed. This not only promotes an awareness of regional cuisine, but also of the protection and preservation of the natural environment of the Kalkalpen National Park.

The Steyr National Park, an integral part of the region, provides a breathtaking backdrop for the TAVOLATA Festival.
