Boy (6) suddenly ran onto the road: hit by car
A six-year-old boy broke away from his mother on Saturday afternoon and suddenly ran onto Villacher Straße in Klagenfurt.
The woman was walking with her child on the northern sidewalk of Villacher Straße in Klagenfurt when the six-year-old suddenly broke away from her and ran southwards across the carriageway of Villacher Straße. A 53-year-old man from Klagenfurt, who was driving his car into the city center, had no chance to brake in time and hit the boy.
Child fell to the ground
As a result of the collision, the child fell to the ground and suffered injuries of indeterminate severity. The little boy was taken to Klagenfurt Hospital by the ambulance. The vehicle sustained material damage. The mother and the driver of the vehicle suffered a shock.
