Notification

Notification pursuant to § 8a para 5 MedienG:

On 22.09.2023 and 4.10.2023, articles were published on the website www.krone.at in which the family life of the applicant Florian ORTNER was discussed in connection with the death of his wife. 

The applicant Florian ORTNER has therefore filed applications for violation of the highly personal sphere of life pursuant to Section 7 (1) MedienG. Proceedings are pending before the Vienna Regional Court for Criminal Matters.
