"Teamgeist - our path to the European Championship" - a documentary that fans of the ÖFB team should not miss! Thanks to the close cooperation between CANAL+ and the Austrian Football Association, it was possible for the first time in history to follow the Austrian national soccer team up close with a camera team during qualifying matches and team training sessions.

In a total of four parts, the documentary offers incredible insights into the ÖFB team's successful qualification for Euro 2024 in Germany. "I'm sure soccer fans will love this documentary. Teamgeist impressively shows why the national team is successful. Every fan gets to see up close how the players interact with each other, how the coaching team works and how the team functions as a whole," says Thomas Trukesitz, Head of Sports at CANAL+ since January 1.

In the first part of the series, viewers follow David Alaba, Marko Arnautovic, Marcel Sabitzer and their teammates during the first challenges of the qualifiers against Azerbaijan and Estonia. The second part provides an insight into the preparations for the matches in Belgium and against Sweden. Viewers experience the intensive training work, the detailed analysis of the opponents and the tactical guidelines from ÖFB team boss Ralf Rangnick before the decisive moments.

The third part focuses on the players' mental preparation and how to deal with setbacks - another important aspect on the road to success. The final fourth part focuses on the decisive matches against Belgium and Azerbaijan. Viewers are given a unique look behind the scenes of the changing room and the final preparations that ultimately paved the way to triumph. "Team Spirit - Our Road to the European Championship" will be available in the CANAL+ app from March 29.
