69-year-old scratched several vehicles out of anger

Was it vigilante justice? In 2023, several parked cars were damaged in Bischofshofen. A 69-year-old scratched the cars with a sharp object. The pensioner has now been caught.

It was probably anger that prompted an offender to scratch several cars last year. The damage amounted to several thousand euros. Vehicles were repeatedly parked incorrectly in unallocated parking spaces. 

An observation by witnesses has now led to the identification of a pensioner. The 69-year-old man from Pongau was questioned as a suspect. He confessed to the crime and stated that he had scratched the vehicles "out of anger at those not authorized to park".
