Carnival kiss ends in hospital for masked woman

A woman from Villach actually just wanted to show her love for her partner at the carnival parade in Griffen. But the kiss ended for the 44-year-old in the accident hospital in Klagenfurt.

The carnival parade in Griffen was in full swing on Tuesday afternoon when the woman from Villach, who was sitting on a swing on a float, discovered her partner on another carnival float. "The swing was suspended from a small excavator shovel. The small excavator, in turn, was standing on a platform mounted on the front of a tractor," said the police.

Fall from the swing
When the swing was swung towards her boyfriend, the 44-year-old gave her boyfriend a kiss. As the swing swung back, the woman from Villach fell from the swing and crashed to the ground.

After receiving first aid, the injured woman had to be taken by ambulance to the accident hospital in Klagenfurt.
