The 21-year-old attempted to drive away from the scene of the accident in the small truck, but was prevented from doing so by a passer-by (24). "In the process, the 21-year-old hit the man on the left temple with her cell phone, injuring him," said the police. A breathalyzer test carried out on the driver was positive. She will be charged.
