Office tower near Europark will be lower than planned

As reported, the Spar Group wants to build a "Europa Campus" with several office buildings between Europark and the S-Bahn. 

There will be space for around 1000 employees. There will also be a large, publicly accessible area. The road is to be relocated for this purpose.

An architectural competition is currently underway. The design of the campus should be clear by the beginning of September.

One thing is already clear: the originally planned height of 55 meters will not be reached. No higher than 35 meters may be built.
