Man had a beer glass thrown at his head

As the police have only just announced, a 37-year-old man was injured in the course of a brawl in Lustenau last Saturday night - he sustained a laceration and had to be taken to Dornbirn City Hospital.

The man left the "Harlekin" pub in Lustenau at around 2.35 am. In front of the pub he met two male youths with whom he got into an argument for undisclosed reasons. The argument, which was only verbal at first, ended with one of the youths throwing a beer glass at his head.

The 37-year-old suffered a laceration, which subsequently required stitches at Dornbirn City Hospital. Any witnesses are asked to contact the Lustenau police station.
