The concept of "swinging" is mainly aimed at couples who want to have fun with other couples, it promises variety. But it's much more than that, according to a Krone reader: it's a "playground of lust" in a special style - solo swinging is also allowed.

Quite a few people find a visit to a swingers club appealing - but very few actually try it out. They are too shy to share their fantasies and desires with their partner or are afraid of rejection. The image of "swinging" is not particularly positive either: inadequate hygiene, a strange crowd, no code of conduct for visitors.

Wrongly so, as the first swingers club experience of "Krone" reader Bettina* shows: "My companion was a friend with whom I had only spent pleasant hours, both single. Due to the many positive reviews on the sex platform 'JOYclub', where we met, we decided to go to the Frivoli swingers club in Vienna's seventh district," she explains.
