A turn of the year full of culture and culinary delights

From a magnificent laser show to a gala evening: a varied program awaits entertainment seekers in many places on New Year's Eve! 

A varied New Year's Eve awaits party-goers in the state capital. Whether it's the finest cultural enjoyment with Eva Spreitzhofer's comedy "Wie kommen wir da wieder raus?" at the Landestheater, a laser show and glockenspiel at Rathausplatz or music by Young & Lost as well as the traditional dinner-for-one performance at Herrenplatz.

At the city New Year's Eve, the New Year is ushered in with hut cuisine - from Lukić, Figl or La Dolce Vita, for example - and the sounds of the waltz. To warm up, there will be a 30-minute quick waltz course from the Schwebach dance school at 6.30 pm. The Europaballett St. Pölten will also enchant its guests with the operetta classic "Die Fledermaus".

But many New Year's Eve highlights await elsewhere too: Kulturszene Kottingbrunn is celebrating the turn of the year with a comedy by amateur theater group AmaKult and "4nach40". At Bühne Baden, the operetta "Viktoria und ihr Husar" will take you on a musical journey through New Year's Eve. The Bettfedernfabrik in Oberwaltersdorf in the district of Baden invites you to a New Year's Eve party including a light show with audience favorite Eva Maria Marold, DJ Chris Nighlife and a surprise guest.

Full steam ahead into the new year
At the newly renovated Stadttheater Wiener Neustadt, the New Year's Eve gala with Ildiko Raimondi and Herbert Lippert is all about "In the rebels' stream of fire". And in the "Far North", the Waldviertelbahn's nostalgic New Year's Eve train takes you into 2025 with full steam ahead, music, punch and delicacies.
